We're excited to work with you! Please take a moment to review our FAQ and rates to ensure our services are the right fit for your needs. To reserve your spot, we require a $200 non-refundable deposit, which will be applied as a credit to your first invoice. A baseline assessment is also required before beginning services to help us better understand how to support your child.

For your convenience, Forge Education is open 7 days a week, in-person in downtown Lake Oswego or online.
