What we do

Forge Education specializes in building confidence for individuals in reading and writing. We use direct, systematic and evidence-based reading and writing instruction grounded in the Science of Reading. Teachers at Forge Educators provide individualized reading and/or writing instruction, tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education or Related Field 

• Professional teaching license preferred 

• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience 

• In-depth knowledge of the Science of Reading and Structured Literacy 

• Extensive training or certification in the Orton Gillingham Method (or other OG based program) 

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues
